I love the colors and the strong contrast, but I would suggest darkening the shadows a bit (you can adjust them in "levels")
I feel that the background needs to contrast more from the hair because they are both very dark and the seem between them is weak.
You have a talent for making the eyes stand out. I love the colors you chose, keep doing what you're doing! Looks great!
I agree with Courtney about the colors. I think that it adds a lot of visual appeal when you match the colors to compliment the color of the eyes. I would try to do that with all your photos, if you are focusing on the eyes. Nice job!
