Concentration Update

These are some pieces I have been working on to fit my concentration, which is pop-art portraits with the principle of analogous colors. The one of Gabby is my first time experimenting with gels and then using a gradient map, which Alex told me about (thank you!).  Any thoughts?

  1. Nice job, I can really see improvement and you have come a long way! I think the colors go together a lot better on these pieces. I especially like the second one and the fourth one. Nice job!

  2. I really like what you have been doing. I think that what I like most about them is that it is not like anyone else's concentration. You have been executing your ideas very well and I cannot wait to see more.

  3. I love the one of gabby! I would continue working with the gels because the image is so strong and I'm interested to see how you'll grow from them.

  4. I like the movement in the last one, if you end up pulling that from concentration add it to your breadth! I also love the one of gabby, I would play around more with what the people are wearing, the folds in the cloth look very cool.
