I like your concept, but I don't understand why she is holding the zipper in the two images. Also the middle one where she is not holding it, try making the zipper go perpendicular to her mouth because I think it would look more real that way.
I would recommend that you put a shade underneath the zipper path that's on the lips. That way it might make it look like the zipper path isn't just sort of there, it would like it is part of the image. For your triptych switch the orders of the photographs. The middle photo should be first, then the third photo second then the first photo last? It's looking great so far though!
