I think the texture of the paint adds to the photo. I remember in your original presentation, the paint had no texture, but I like the detail it adds to the photo. My only suggestion is to try and tell a story with your painting.
I like the different flows of the paint and how the color is popping out. With Riley's photo, the paint and the background sort of contrasted, and it made the green pop out more. You might want to be careful if you're trying to make the paint pop out compared to the background.
Your editing looks amazing, maybe incorporate texture or some props to add another level of definition. I love how they are coming out. Maybe try going a little darker.
I like how this is going so far. It may be pretty difficult to grow with this theme. One idea is possibly adding more people into the images. Another thing I could recommend to show growth would be to encorporate movement, actions being done by the subjects. Keep up the good work.
