I think these all are really good photos but the second to last on isn't as strong as the rest. I think that the angle of the photo is a little weird. The spider image is really strong and so it the lily pad ones. I think most of them are strong enough to go in your portfolio.
I disagree with Gaby, I actually think that between the second to last and the third to last that the second to last is stronger. In my opinion, the third to last is the image that is not as strong as the rest.
