Breadth #1 and #2 *Comments are appreciated*

A somewhat quick, monochromatic (all red) piece for breadth:
A photo of my dragon before she died last month (possibly unity? I am not very good with picking out specific principles.):

    Is it my monitor or are there some slight blue/purply tones in the shadows on the chest in #1? I really love the image, but for it to constitute as monochromatic there can't really be any other tones.

      I did use all reds, but it could have gotten messed up after I used the burn tool. I'll probably have to colorize it...
