I like this but I think you should blur the background more. There is not as much movement as your other photos. It might be also cool if you blurred the lights at the top too.
The technique you are using is very neat, and catches the eye. I love the colors in this photo. My only suggestion is make sure your photos have a concept/theme you are basing your images around. When I look at the photo I am wondering why she has a bear on her head? The bear distracts from the movement to the left in a way.
