I went back to the portrait silhouettes but I added detail to the face by drawing in some of his features. I got some feed back from people and they all said different things. I don't know which one I should go with, or if I should continue doing this.
Ooh now that is interesting... The way you made the silhouette of the man be the frame of the picture is smart. I wonder what your images would look like if you took out the shoulder of the man and left it with just the spikes of the plant. The image would most likely look more abstract and depth is immediately added. His head appears to be popping out along with the spikes of the plant. The third image is the best. From your first images to these ones shown here, growth is definitely evident in your work.
