I edited this photo a little more, to make the sparkles stand out, and her face more white. As well as make her eyes stand out more. Does this look better?
I like the lips better then the first one but I think in order to make this really work your model needs to have very large defined lips. Kara Dean would work well with this because she has defined lips. Also make sure the lipstick line is very straight, otherwise it is distracting.
I really like the contrast of her blue eyes with her pale skin. The lips look a little blotchy so that could be worked on.
