I really like the style of this drawing. I think maybe the little pool of blood at the bottom of the heart should only be in front of the heart, not behind.
I really like this drawing; however, I just think making the heart look a little more 3D would add to it. You can tell that it is not 2 dimensional, because of the crack, so you should add some more shading to make it looks 3D.
