I think you need something else in these photos. They are very simple which is fine but if your principle is Pos/Neg space I think you need to think about that more when you take the pictures.
I agree with Riley that the photo is so simple. I think you should have you model post in different action or do some cool post so they just not standing there.
For the first photo, I would just switch the middle and the one all the way to the right. I don't know if it would look better but it might!
