I love what you've done here. You can definitely tell what the focus of your picture is. I like how you added to her eye and you took the critiques into consideration. Great Job!
This reminds me of a mermaid! The jewels have more of teal/green tint to them than the eye shadow and I think if they were a color closer to her eye makeup that it would really help to tie the photo together more.
